Here is our rain total for July 14th and 15th here in De Borgia. We got the most Saturday evening when it poured. We received 1.05" in 20 minuets. That was a lot of rain. Thanks Naomi

We took this photo July 5th 2012 at Hungry Horse Reservoir. The sun was bright white and hotter then we've ever felt. there is also a rainbow like ring around the sun. It stayed there most of the day. Quite amazing!

The hail storm hit last night at about 10:15pm for us. Strong angle made it sound like bullets hitting the windows on the west side of the house!

I was at the Sex Peak fire lookout tower on Aug 22. I spotted this cloud with an unusual "hole" in the bottom of it. I watched it for some time and it stayed open. Was air being sucked up or blown down -- as if by a giant mouth?
Almost missed these two! I happened to look higher up and there they were. Taken outside of my sunroof.

This photo was taken Friday August 31, 2012 from our home on Red Crow Road looking towards Fred Burr trail.
We watched this prismatic effect in the clouds for half an hour, taking several great photos. I was quite annoyed by others saying: "Oh, a rainbow in the clouds." The colors are copper, fuscia and jade, absolutely amazing.
