Rain and snow is decreasing across the area as high pressure starts to roll into western Montana. We will also see decreasing clouds throughout the day.
Tonight, temperatures will drop into the mid 20s in Missoula and Kalispell with a chance of freezing fog. SW portions of Montana will see mostly clear skies and temperatures in the teens and low 20s.
The next chance of precipitation will occur with the passage of a cold front Wednesday night. Valley locutions will see mostly rain, while mountain passes may see accumulating snow. Rain will switch to snow in the valleys by late Thursday and into Friday, but accumulations are expected to be light.
The weekend looks mostly dry with high temperatures only reaching the 30s before the next possible weather system moves through Sunday night and into Monday.
