First Alert 48 Hour Forecast

An incoming storm system will drop valley rain and mountain snow around the region for the rest of the weekend. Temperatures will remain in the 40s throughout Sunday thanks to cloud cover. Valley rain should be fairly light, under a quarter of an inch. Cool air will slowly work it's way into the region through Sunday. Snow levels will drop to pass level on Sunday morning with high valleys around the divide and Yellowstone Park seeing snow Sunday night. Expect 1 to 3 inches of snow on passes and less than a inch of snow in those high valleys Monday morning.

We will see a drying trend on Monday before another system moves in Tuesday through Wednesday. Precipitation will largely be rain. Warmer and drier conditions are likely for the end of the week.
