Weather News

Unsettled weather, rain and snow expected

Widespread valley rain and mountain snow will begin to impact western Montana early Wednesday. An isolated thunderstorm is not out of the question.  Daytime highs will be in the upper 40s and low 50s.

Snow levels will begin to drop this evening allowing for several inches of snow to accumulate over our mountain passes. Travel impacts Thursday morning includes slick roads due to light snow at pass level and the potential for isolated slick spots in the valleys due to a rain and snow mix. Lows will be in the 20s to low 30s.

Scattered showers will continue Thursday with highs only in the 40s. A wintry mix will be possible late Thursday and early Friday.

More rain and snow can be expected this weekend through the middle of next week with below normal temperatures as we enter May.
