The State 'A' high school golf tournament finished play Saturday in Polson with the top golfers shooting for a state title.

On the boys side Sidney finished in first place for team with a two day total of 639. Whitefish finished second with a 645, and Anaconda finished third shooting a 666.

Anaconda's Jackson Wagner took the top spot for individual boys shooting a 146 and making birdie on his final hole to win the tournament. Art Doorn of Whitefish finished second with a 147, and Dylan Meccage of Laurel finished third shooting a 150.

On the girls side of the tournament Polson took the team title for the third straight year, the Pirates shot a 715. Whitefish finished second shooting a 721, and Anaconda took third with an 814.

Erin Tabish of Whitefish took first for the girls individual with a 165, Polson's Jaylin Kenney and Nicole Clairmont finished second and third. Kenney shot a 171 and Clairmont shot a 175.
