MISSOULA, Mont. - As spring football wraps up for both Montana and Montana State, the 2013 Big Sky Conference fall season still feels far away.
But it's never too early start planning your fall around college football, and today DIRECTV Sports Networks announced their telecast schedule for the 2013 Big Sky football season.
They've announced that 10 Big Sky games will be broadcast by ROOT SPORTS, and of those ten games seven of them will be showing either Montana or Montana State.
The first of those Treasure State related games will be Montana's conference opener at Northern Arizona on September 28th. That's one of four games that the Grizzlies will have broadcasted on ROOT SPORTS, including of course their rivalry clash in Bozeman on November 23.
The Bobcats will also have four games broadcast on ROOT SPORTS. Their first will be October 19th at Weber State.
The only home game that MSU is scheduled to have on ROOT will be that late November edition of the 'Brawl of the Wild' when the Griz come to town.
The 2013 season will mark the second year of a multi-year partnership between DIRECTV sports networks and the Big Sky Conference.
