In a series that’s been defined by close games, the Lady Griz didn’t need any late heroics to take care of the Pioneers Wednesday night in Denver.

Montana raced out to a 46-20 lead at halftime and never had to worry after that.

Senior guard Torry Hill led the way with 20 points on 4 of 6 shooting beyond the arc.  Hill had 15 points by halftime.

True freshman added 13 points and senior Jordan Sullivan registered 10 points in the victory.

Montana now improves their series record to 5-1 against Denver.

The Lady Griz improve their record to 3-0 on the year.  Next up for Montana will be the Loyola Marymount Thanksgiving Classic.  The Lady Griz battle with North Dakota state at 2:00 PM Mountain time in Los Angeles.
