Harvard 34, Cornell 24: Michael Pruneau threw for 340 yards and two touchdowns as the visiting Crimson remained unbeaten.Pruneau completed 23-of-29 passes and also ran in a 3-yard touchdown to open the scoring midway through the first quarter. Harvard (4-0, 2-0 Ivy League) gave up 472 yards passing to Cornell's Jeff Mathews but held the Big Red (1-3, 0-2) to minus-15 yards on the ground.Mathews was 39-for-56 with two touchdowns and two interceptions in becoming the all-time passing yardage leader in Ivy League games. Mathews also had a short scoring run to get Cornell within 27-24 with 6:36 remaining.Pruneau responded by going 5-for-7 on the ensuing drive, converting a big third-and-7 and then finding Cameron Brate from 22 yards out to make it a 10-point game with 2:52 left.Mathews' first touchdown pass early in the third cut the Big Red's deficit to 13-10 and his second with 4:54 left in the third got the hosts within 20-17. Paul Stanton Jr., who had a game-high 72 yards on the ground, finished a seven-play drive early in the fourth with a 2-yard scoring run to make it 27-17.
