MISSOULA, Mont. -

Senior Lady Griz guard Kenzie DeBoer averaged over 20 points scored in last week's home wins over Weber State and Idaho State.  That effort has helped Montana stay atop the Big Sky Conference standings.

That effort has also earned DeBoer Co-player of the Week honors for games played the week of Feb. 11-17.  She shared the honor with Northern Colorado’s D’shara Strange.

DeBoer averaged 21.5 points, 5 rebounds and 3 steals last week.  The senior from Lynden, Wash., registered 19 points in only 20 minutes of play Thursday in the 90-43 blowout win against Weber State.  She followed that up with 24 points in Saturday's 61-49 victory over Idaho State, 16 of which came in the first half of play.

DeBoer and the Lady Griz won't play again until Feb. 28th when they host Southern Utah in their last regular season home game of the year.
