The Grizzlies picked up two more conference wins last week and one of their key contributors is now being honored as the Big Sky player of the week for his efforts.
Kareem Jamar averaged 18.5 points, five rebounds, five assists, two steals and a block per game as Montana earned road wins over North Dakota and Northern Colorado.
The 6-foot-5 junior shot over 70 percent from the field and was 4-of-6 from beyond the arc over the two game span. This is Jamar’s second career Player of the Week honor.
With the victories, Montana moved to 6-0 in conference play. The Griz have also won 18 straight regular-season conference games.
