Weak high pressure will build into western Montana on Thursday, bringing nice early spring weather to the region.
There may be a few lingering rain and snow showers early in the day, but drier air will bring partial clearing and some sunshine. Highs will range from the mid 40s to the lower 50s.
Clear to partly cloudy Thursday night and colder with lows dropping to the 20s to around 30.
Another storm system will approach the area Friday. In advance of it, increasing clouds by afternoon with a chance of late day showers from Missoula north to the Kalispell area. Highs will be in the upper 40s and 50s.
