MISSOULA, Mont. -

Police in Missoula are investigating after a woman said she was attacked and robbed by two men after her car ran out of gas late Monday night. 
   
Missoula Police Detective Scott Pastian tells us the woman's car ran out of gas at about midnight Monday near the intersection of Shakespeare and Sherwood, on Missoulas' north side.

Pastian says the woman was approached by two young men and she thought they were going to offer to help her but in reality they wanted her wallet. 
    
One man grabbed her arm and threw her against the car and onto the ground. He then took her wallet from inside the car, removed cash and both men ran away.
    
The woman suffered minor injuries in the attack.
    
The woman said both men were Caucasian, about 6 feet tall and 18 to 25 years old.

One wore a bright green sweatshirt, blue baseball cap and had a goatee

The other wore a black baseball cap with white lettering "NC," he also had on a dark hoodie and was clean shaven.
