A Bozeman girl has died after she was run over in an accident outside her home Sunday.
A spokesperson at Primary Children's Hospital, where 10-year-old Naya Sage Reed was being treated, told NBC Montana Tuesday evening the girl did not survive her injuries.
Bozeman police said a family member driving a truck and trailer pulled out of the driveway, and didn't know the girl was in between the back of the truck and trailer.
The accident happened in an alleyway off Yellowstone Drive near Annie Street, just before 5 p.m.
Reed was airlifted to the children's hospital late Sunday evening, and was in serious condition before her death.
Police are calling it a tragic accident, and said they don't expect any charges to be filed.
