Thieves had a haul rummaging through unlocked vehicles in Lolo this weekend.
The Missoula County Sheriff's Department reports there have been a number of recent vehicle break-ins all over the county. But Lolo has been hit hard especially.
A purse, driver's license, money and credit cards were stolen there. An iPod and cell phone were also taken.
"We understand that people are used to leaving their cars unlocked," said sheriff's department spokeswoman Paige Pavalone, "but it's not the safest thing to do, there's a lot of people out and about at night."
