POLSON, Mont. -

Lake County authorities are searching a man whose boat and two dogs were found on Flathead Lake.
Sheriff's spokeswoman Karen Sargent tells KERR-AM the man left the Paradise Cove Campground Sunday morning in a 21-foot boat with the dogs.
The boat was found adrift about 1 ½ hours later with only one dog aboard. The other dog was found wet and shivering on shore.
Authorities began the search in the afternoon but suspended it at nightfall. They were to begin again at dawn Monday.
The man has not been identified other than he is in his mid-30s.
The Missoulian reports rescuers also are searching for a 69-year-old man whose boat was found unattended on Placid Lake. He was last seen 3:30 p.m. Friday.
