BILLINGS, Mont. -

A Roberts man died when the minivan he was driving crashed into a pup trailer being pulled by a Yellowstone County-owned dump truck on U.S. Highway 212 south of Laurel.
    
The Montana Highway Patrol says the man died at the scene of the crash Tuesday afternoon.
    
Trooper Brian Sampson tells The Billings Gazette the driver of the dump truck slowed to turn off of the highway, the victim didn't react in time and rear-ended the pup trailer.
    
The victim's name and age haven't been released.
