MISSOULA, Mont. -

The Kalispell woman accused of pushing her husband off a cliff will remain under house arrest after a court hearing Friday.

Jordan Linn Graham appeared in federal court in Missoula on a motion from U.S. attorneys asking that she be detained after she was released to the custody of her parents Thursday afternoon.

District Judge Donald Molloy upheld Judge Jeremiah Lynch's order to release Graham.

Graham stands accused of pushing her husband of just eight days, Cody Lee Johnson off a cliff in Glacier National Park in July. She was arrested and held on probable cause Monday after a federal investigation.

Graham remains on home arrest at her parents house in Kalispell.
