MISSOULA, Mont. -

A man accused of driving drunk and leading law enforcement on a chase through Missoula over the weekend faced a judge Monday.

Michael James Fullam, 41, faces three counts of felony criminal endangerment and a fourth charge for a felony DUI after officers say he ran a stop light and then sped down Brooks and onto side streets, going up to 70 miles an hour at times.

Court documents say he eventually hit another car. Fullam was taken to the hospital, treated for minor injuries, tested for alcohol and then taken to the Missoula County Detention Center. The driver of the vehicle he allegedly hit was not injured.

Missoula County Justice Court Judge John Odlin set bail at $50,000.
