MISSOULA, Mont. -

A judge sentenced a Missoula man to 30 years in prison with 15 suspended for molesting a young girl.

Prosecutors say Roger Allan Royball forced an 11-year-old girl to have sex with him several times in both Helena and Missoula.

Tuesday, Missoula County District Court Judge Karen Townsend went by a plea agreement and sentenced Roybal to 30 years with 15 suspended in the Montana State Prison.

That sentence will run concurrent with a separate federal sentence of 15 years for distributing child pornography.

In addition Roybal will be responsible for $33,120 in restitution to help cover counseling costs for the girl.
