MISSOULA, Mont. -

A Missoula man accused of running over two women and killing one is out of jail.

Prosecutors say the judge agreed to release Tom George Vineyard into the pretrial supervision program. That program monitors people in the community while they wait for trial.

NBC Montana reported last month when Vineyard was arrested after he allegedly drove drunk onto a sidewalk in a Missoula neighborhood where sisters Pamela and Roberta Demmert were walking; Roberta died.

Vineyard did not have to post a bond. He'll likely enter pleas to the charges later this month.
