With Christmas three days away... many people are out scrambling around for last minute items.
Roads are busy, parking lots are packed and people are in a hurry. One holiday shopper told NBC Montana that she was relieved to find what she needed to buy in the congested mall.
"I went into Claire's and I went into JC Penney's. Everywhere is a little bit crowded, had to wait in line, and still managed to find what I was looking for though," said Savannah Balazic-Green.
The Kalispell Center mall was pretty full of people getting last minute items and little kids meeting Santa.
One shopper said they avoided the mall all together and went to small stores instead to finish up their shopping.
"Usually it seems pretty busy, but it doesn't seem too bad today. I usually like to go shopping during the weekdays but this isn't bad for a Sunday. I'm here to check out the new Cabela's and see what they have in their compared to the bigger stores," said Erich Knauer.
The atmosphere wasn't chaotic though in shopping plazas and the mall. Everyone seemed to be on a mission to get what they needed quickly, so their friends and family can have a good Christmas.
