BUTTE, Mont. - Students and faculty showed off their latest projects at Montana Tech's second annual TECHxpo in Butte Thursday.
The even showcased projects ranging from petroleum and mechanical engineering, to studies and projects done by students at the Highlands College.
We talked with one student who says his group transformed two motorcycles into snowmobiles. He said they've even taken them for a spin in the snow.
"All the hard work that me and my group members have put into this project- it's wonderful to have recognition," said MT Tech senior Jordan Emmert. "The fact that people just love what we've done- it feels good. It's kind of one of those things that hits you right in the heart."
The TECHxpo featured around 80 different projects in all.
