BOZEMAN, Mont. - A judge set bail at $50,000 for a Bozeman man accused of stalking a young girl.
Police say 34-year-old Daniel Rollins was ordered by the court to have no contact with a girl who attends a local elementary school.
According to court records Rollins drove by the school and honked at her and allegedly gave another student a letter to pass along to the girl. That student reportedly turned in the letter at the school office. The school then alerted police.
Rollins has been charged with one felony count of stalking.
