MISSOULA, Mont. - UPDATE: Traffic flow has been partially restored on I-90 as crews continue working to clear wreckage in the west bound lanes.
The interstate was shut down for more than two hours.
UPDATE: All east and west-bound lanes of I-90 remain closed to traffic. Our reporter on the scene says the crash involved 2 semi-trucks, one of which caught fire and continues to burn.
Traffic officials tell us they'll open at least one lane of traffic once crews can extinguish the fire.
A vehicle accident involving a semi-truck trailer has shut down both lanes of traffic on Interstate 90 in between Frenchtown and Missoula, according to Missoula County dispatchers.
Injuries are unknown at this time. The Montana Highway Patrol says the semi was heading west, away from Missoula, near mile marker 96 before the crash.
