MISSOULA, Mont. - Authorities rushed to a truck crash in the Stevensville area on Saturday, after a semi-truck towing a manufactured home tipped over. NBC Montana is told the crash happened on the East Side Highway, near its intersection with Fawn Lane. A part of that highway remained closed down for several hours.
Three Mile's Fire Chief Russ Giese says the driver was transported to a hospital, with injuries that do not appear life threatening. He says the home was a total loss, and he also says the driver apparently did not properly hitch the home to the truck.
"Any time you're towing, make absolutely certain that you're properly attached," said Giese
