MISSOULA, Mont. - The owners of the Walking Moustache, a new Missoula restaurant, are preparing for restaurant's grand opening this upcoming Wednesday and Thursday night.
After that, the restaurant, at the corner of West Main and Ryman in downtown Missoula, will be open Tuesday through Sunday, 24-7. For now, the restaurant is in a soft-opening phase.
Owners predict that the restaurant will create about 25 local jobs in the long-run, and they plan to hire more people when students return to Missoula for college after the summer. The restaurant is Charlie Chaplin-themed, and features artifacts around the restaurant.
Staff tell NBC Montana they're excited to be adding jobs to the local economy.
