Missoula man allegedly sends his fiancée to hospital


MISSOULA, Mont. - A 22-year-old Missoula man is facing aggravated assault charges after allegedly sending his fiancée to the hospital with a broken wrist.

Police tell us the incident happened Sunday morning around 3 a.m. near Franklin Park off of Eaton Street and South 10th Street.

They say a man was upset after allegedly catching his fiancée kissing another man -- that's when they say he grabbed her by the wrists and threw her to the ground.

Police tell us the woman called her mother who brought her to the hospital where it was discovered the woman's right wrist had been broken.

The man is facing a felony charge of aggravated assault.
