Missoula authorities release ID of motorcycle wreck victim


MISSOULA, Mont. - Missoula County Sheriff's deputies tell NBC Montana that 34-year old Ryan Marsh of Missoula is the motorcyclist who died in a collision at South. 3rd St. W and Reserve Street on Friday night.  Missoula Police officers tell NBC Montana that Marsh was pronounced dead at the scene. Officers say upon their arrival to the wreck they saw that two vehicles were involved in a collision: an older model pick-up truck and a motorcycle.

Officers say the 73-year old driver of the truck was uninjured, and is cooperating with an ongoing investigation. It is not known at this time if speed or alcohol played a role in the crash, or what caused the collision.
