MISSOULA, Mont. - A Missoula judge sentenced a man to prison for assisting in a burglary.
Nelson Scott Produit got a 20 year sentence with 15 years suspended for driving a getaway car when his friends robbed and assaulted a pizza delivery man in 2009.
Court documents say two men attacked the pizza man after they called in an order for delivery.
Produit is currently serving a federal prison sentence for a methamphetamine charge. That sentence is 10 years in prison, so he'll have five years to serve for the conspiracy to commit burglary in the 2009 incident.
