MISSOULA, Mont. - The last suspect in the Jay's Mart armed robbery, a man police had been looking for since Tuesday, January 8th, is now in custody.
The Missoula County Jail roster lists Tureadon Thibodeax as having been booked at 10:30 Friday morning on charges of felony robbery and felony assault with a weapon.
NBC Montana has received court documents that indicate Tibodeax will be charged with one count of conspiracy to commit robbery, and one count of assault with a weapon.
Thibodeax is expected to make his initial court appearance today.
