MISSOULA, Mont. - The Montana newlywed accused of killing her husband has pleaded not guilty to charges of first and second degree murder and false statement.
Kalispell resident Jordan Linn Graham entered the plea at an arraignment hearing Friday afternoon at the federal courthouse in Missoula. A grand jury indicted Graham this week on the charges for pushing her husband of just eight days, Cody Lee Johnson, off a cliff at Glacier National Park in July.
She refused to answer any questions from reporters as she entered the courthouse, and left out a back door.
She remains under house arrest at her parents home in Kalispell.
A preliminary pre-trial conference has been scheduled for October 15.
