Former Missoula jailer headed to trial next month

MISSOULA, Mont. - The trial for a Missoula man accused of recording a woman and her daughter while they changed clothes at a swimming pool is back on track.

Michael Gauci, a former Missoula jailer, was fired after officers arrested him for allegedly using a video camera in the family locker room at Splash Montana last August.

Prosecutors said they now have the video evidence from the camera, so they're on track for February trial.
