Cody, Wyoming, child abduction suspect arrested in Belgrade


BOZEMAN, Mont. - The FBI has confirmed that the man suspected in a Cody, Wyoming, child abduction was arrested in Belgrade.

An official at the Gallatin County Jail says the suspect is Jesse Speer. He was arrested on three charges -- kidnapping, drawing a deadly weapon and using a firearm while committing a felony.

Speer is being held for Wyoming on $2 million bond.

The Cody Enterprise reports members of the Cody Police department are in Bozeman, and the suspect's white SUV has also been recovered.
