Suspects arrested in Ronan burglaries

KALISPELL, Mont - NBC Montana has confirmed that four suspects have been arrested in connection to the string of burglaries that happened Tuesday morning.

Lake County Undersheriff Dan Yonkin tells NBC Montana that the four suspects, whose names have not yet been released, were arrested for burglaries in an undisclosed area of Washington.

The suspects have also been connected to a Porsche that was stolen from a hangar at the Ronan City Airport, the same place where they stole the car they drove through the front doors of Westland Seed Inc. in Ronan.

The suspects first attempted to break into Ronan Sports and Western at 4:30 in the morning on Tuesday, but didn't take anything.  The then attempted to break into Depoe Junction Pawn Shop in Polson, before eventually breaking into Westland Seed Inc, where they stole multiple guns, including a .50 caliber BMG worth over $3,000.

Yonkin said that more information on the suspects and the stolen items would be made available early next week.
