Man charged with assault on 3 Kalispell officers

MISSOULA, Mont. - Kalispell police say they had to taser a man who used pepper spray against them.

They arrested 24-year-old Brandon Haddon Saturday.  Now he's charged with three counts of felony assault on a peace officer.

Police say it started when a Kalispell officer left the station and Haddon confronted him.

Haddon allegedly ran at the officer with pepper spray, yelling at the officer to shoot him.

Two other officers came to assist.  One was able to taser Haddon as he sprayed all three with pepper spray.

Now he's behind bars at the Flathead County Detention Center.
