KALISPELL, Mont. - A Kalispell man accused of lighting his trailer on fire pleaded not guilty to arson and two misdemeanor charges.
NBC Montana took a look at the charging affidavit for Daniel English. Deputies said they spotted English entering his trailer with a gas can when they pulled up to serve several warrants. Court documents said English threatened he would burn down the trailer. A deputy reportedly saw him pour gas and then noticed flames inside the trailer.
Investigators said they had to deploy a taser to get English under control and into custody.
