Hogard arraigned on theft, drug charges

KALISPELL, Mont. - A Flathead man accused of stealing tools from Glacier Stone Supply denied theft and drug charges in District Court Thursday.

Christopher Hogard pleaded not guilty to theft, criminal possession of dangerous drugs, and operation of an unlawful clandestine laboratory. According to court documents, Hogard pawned several tools that were flagged as stolen from Glacier Stone Supply in Kalispell.

More stolen tools, drug paraphernalia, and an alleged methamphetamine laboratory were later found in his home during a search warrant. Hogard will appear back in court in February for a jury trial.
