MISSOULA, Mont. - Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks wardens are investigating two poaching incidents in the Flathead that officials believe occurred toward the end of hunting season.
FWP spokesman John Fraley says two whitetail bucks were shot and left on Kuhns Road, northwest of Kalispell.
Fraley said poachers also shot and left a cow elk near Highway 83 and Soup Creek Road in the Swan Valley.
