Flathead man jailed after alleged shooting threats


KALISPELL, Mont. - A Flathead man was arrested after he allegedly threatened to shoot employees of Community Action Partnership, a nonprofit based in Kalispell. Roger Gallo was charged with felony Assault with a Weapon after the incident.

According to court records, Gallo allegedly told an employee over the phone: "Don't piss me off, I live near you and I will come down and shoot your ass." Gallo allegedly later told authorities that he did threaten to shoot employees, and that he knew that what he did was wrong. If convicted, Gallo faces up to 20 years in prison.
