A southwesterly flow will bring mid and upper level moisture to the region. That means a few clouds will move through the area. Ample daytime heating Thursday will allow for some isolated strong storms, mainly along and south of I-90. The biggest impact will be gusty winds, lightning, and even small hail. Highs will be in the mid 80s to lower 90s.
There will still be a slight chance of storms Friday, the 4th, mainly around Bozeman and Butte. Otherwise, partly to mostly sunny with highs again in the mid 80s to lower 90s. The weekend will be similar, although highs will drop back to the 80s area wide by Sunday with dry conditions.
A slight chance of storms each day next week with partly to mostly sunny days. Highs in the upper 70s and 80s.
