GREAT FALLS, Mont. -

A 74-year-old Great Falls man has died of injuries suffered when his car was struck by another vehicle at Armington Junction, just south of Belt.

Frederick Toupin died Monday at a Great Falls hospital of injuries suffered in the Oct. 1 crash.

The Montana Highway Patrol says Toupin was westbound on U.S. Highway 89 when his car was struck by another car pulling out of the Armington Junction weigh station.

Trooper Mike Flood says the driver of the second car faces charges that likely will be upgraded with Toupin's death. The name of the other driver has not been released.
