BOZEMAN, Mont. -

Gallatin County prosecutors are seeking to revoke the suspended sentence of a Three Forks man who was convicted of trying to burn down his estranged wife's house three years ago.
Robert Howard Mock was sentenced in August 2012 to 34 days in jail and given the 12-year suspended term for arson, stalking and theft. In 2011, Mock moved to New Mexico.
Mock moved back to Montana on Dec. 17. The next day, probation officers arrested him after finding weapons, ammunition and alcohol in the home where he was staying and in his vehicle.
He posted a $100,000 bond, but officials found he had been drinking the next day and jailed him again. District Judge John Brown set Mock's bail at $500,000 on Thursday. Mock denied the allegations.
