COLUMBIA FALLS, Mont. -

Groundbreaking took place Wednesday evening on two more Habitat for Humanity homes in Columbia Falls. The new additions mark 8 Habitat homes in the city built with funding from a $360,000 federal grant. Two recently completed units also received a house dedication.

Habitat for Humanity's construction costs stay low due to donations, volunteer hours, and homeowner "sweat equity." Three-thousand hours of volunteer labor are required to complete a Habitat home.
