MISSOULA, Mont. -

Saturday’s rainy weather didn’t stop fans of the Missoula Youth Football League from heading out to Washington Grizzly Stadium for the league’s Championship Games. The games started at 2:00 pm on Saturday, and featured four match-ups. Teams included the U-Swirl Broncos, the Mountain west Bank Chargers, the AlphaGraphic Packers, the MYF Buccaneers, the Culligan Water Patriots, the North Rockies Physical Therapy Bengals, the Family Vision Browns and the Montana Club Cowboys.

“It’s just amazing. My kids are having a ball. They’re learning football techniques ,” said Candace Davis, a Darby resident.  

The Missoula Youth Football League is in its second year, with more than 800 players and cheer leaders, 29 teams, 4 cheer squads and almost 90 games played.
