BUTTE, Mont. -

More than 1,000 people attended the All-City dinner Wednesday. This is the 13th year the Butte Rescue Mission has prepared the Thanksgiving feasts.

On Thanksgiving Day, the Butte Rescue Mission hosted a Thanksgiving meal from noon to 5 p.m.  NBCMontana was there at 2 p.m. and the mission had already seen more than 100 people.

Organizers tell NBCMontana they aren't worried about the numbers.

"It was a great turn-out," said Butte Rescue Mission employee Greg DeLong. "The community of Butte has done a wonderful job of helping us. The helped cook turkeys and donated so much food. We totally appreciate it and it just helps the holiday spirit. Its great."
