A 25-year-old Great Falls woman charged with allowing a 13-year-old runaway to stay at her house for four months has pleaded guilty to three felony counts.
Jenna Van Delden entered her pleas Thursday to one count each of sexual intercourse without consent, custodial interference and tampering with evidence. The non-binding plea agreement recommends a sentence of 20 years with the Department of Corrections with 15 suspended when she is sentenced on June 6.
Court records say the boy told investigators he had sex with Van Delden up to 30 times over a four-month period. Under Montana law, a person under the age of 16 cannot consent to sex.
The boy was reported missing in mid-September and found at Van Delden's house in mid-January.
