Woman pleads guilty in child's meth ingestion

GREAT FALLS, Mont. -

A Great Falls woman has pleaded guilty to allowing her 9-month-old son to ingest methamphetamine.

26-year-old Brandi Rae Bargas pleaded guilty Wednesday in District Court to endangering the welfare of her child. Sentencing is set for April 3.
    
Prosecutors say Bargas brought her child to the emergency room on April 6, 2012 because he was acting strangely. Tests indicate the child had ingested meth.
