The Billings Police Department is investigating 29-year-old Dejuan Laster Thursday kidnapping by two man who claimed to be FBI agents.
Police say the men bound a woman with Laster and questioned her extensively before releasing her.
Valerie Martin, the mother of Laster, tells the Billings Gazette (http://bit.ly/13YhQVf ) a vigil will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at Wayman Chapel Church.
Martin said on Sunday that investigators told her they've taken one person into custody in relation to her son's kidnapping and that they're looking for another.
Police said Laster is from the Chicago area but frequents Billings regularly to visit family members.
