MISSOULA, Mont. -

Electronics and appliance retailer Vann's Inc. has a new chief executive and a slightly different name.

Incoming CEO Greg Regelbrugge replaces Jerry McConnell, who managed the search for a new owner as the company entered bankruptcy.

The Missoulian reports (http://bit.ly/RA6AZA ) Regelbrugge was previously Panasonic's vice president of national accounts in the western U.S.

Regelbrugge says the reorganized company's full corporate name will be Vann's Acquisition LLC. He says the change will alert manufacturers the company is under new management.

McMagic Partners bought Vann's for $4.5 million. McMagic is part of Khaledi Group, which owns 38 companies in California, Arizona and Texas.
