The state called its first witnesses to the stand after opening arguments today in the trial of a Kentucky woman accused of pulling a gun during a mediation hearing.
53-year-old Mary Ann McCulley faces a "felony assault with a weapon" charge.
Prosecutors say Mary McCulley was meeting with attorneys last April when she slammed documents on the table and pulled out a pistol.
According to police, two of the people in the office wrestled the gun away from her.
The trial is expected to continue through Thursday.
